FinTech Week London - Volunteer Programme

What is FinTech Week London?

Fintech Week London is a week-long series of events that highlight and celebrate London's innovative fintech scene, including a flagship conference on Thursday 13 June, which will bring together 1000+ senior decision makers from leading fintechs, banks, investment firms, regulatory bodies, media companies and service providers.

This is a unique opportunity to engage with some of London’s key influencers, decision makers and innovators. This city-to-city event spans some of the most current themes in fintech and answers those burning questions in a fast-paced and dynamic way – from keynote presentations and interactive panel debates, to workshops, roundtables and of course plenty of networking opportunities.

What is the role of the volunteers?

The volunteers help FinTech Week London to make sure the event runs smoothly. There are multiple roles for the volunteers but they involve:

• Registration desk / attendee reception
• Session scanning: scanning badges at the entrance to the stages
• Crowd management

The volunteers are a team of 10-15 people. Whilst not working, volunteers are free to walk around the event, network, attend sessions and be generally involved in all aspects of the event.

What are the commitments?

Volunteers have to come to a training session. The session lasts an hour:

• Wednesday 12th June: 3pm - 4pm

Volunteers will then help at our event on the 13th June from 7:30am - 6:00 pm.  

At the end of the event you will have access to an industry party networking event including 2 drink vouchers and some snacks.

Is food provided? Breakfast and lunch provided on 13th June, water + coffee + tea throughout the day

The Volunteer Programme

Then now is your chance. On the 13th June, London Fintech week will be welcoming over 1,000 leaders, 100+ industry leading speakers and will have attendees from hundreds of companies.

Right now, we are recruiting looking for 10 - 15 students for this Volunteer Programme. We are looking for ambitious and talented people, who want to be a part of an exciting team to help build the world's best conferences.
